Hello family!
1. What has been your biggest challenge this week? Riding in the winds and the rain/ice of Oklahoma. And finding out that I am leaving Lawton.
2. What has been your biggest concern? my biggest concern this week would have to be me getting transferred… which I am. I am going toNoble, Oklahoma to be a Sister Training Leader there. Wish me luck :}
3. What has been your biggest success? Finally getting in with a Potential investigator (Dakota) after trying like 5 times :} she is so awesome!! We also got a new Baptismal Date, with Edna (mode) Newberry this week for the 28th of March :} so fun!!
4. Who has been your favorite person this week? Why?Sister Garner :} she is my favorite every week. She just has this positive spirit that she shares with every one and it always makes you so happy :} I am gonna miss her so much!
5. What has been your most significant tender mercy? The Weather. The Lord has been blessing us with some pretty good weather these past few weeks. I am actually really grateful for biking as well. Now that I am going to an area with a car, I won’t be biking as often and will miss some of the opportunities to grow.
6. Which scripture has had the biggest impact on you this week? D&C 121:7-8. (7 My son, peace be unto thy soul; thine adversity and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment; 8 And then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes. and the next verse too...9 thy friends do stand by thee, and they shall hail thee again with warm hearts and friendly hands.)
7. When did you feel the most loved? Yesterday at Post. So about 3/4th of our branch graduates from basic training this week so they won’t be in our branch any more which is sad cuz they are all my friends :{ but yesterday I had the chance to teach the Plan of Salvation and Doctrine of Christ lesson and I had 2 investigators and a Recent Convert in my lesson :} it was so good! Any who, so as every one was leaving the Recent Convert, Brother Perry, came over and was like, “Sister Boulter, I’m gonna miss you” and he walked straight up to me and gave me a hug… which is not good but can’t stop it :/ anyway I just felt so loved cuz I had known him for like 6 weeks but I made a difference in his life. Then it just made me realize how much of a difference I can make out here on the mission :}
Love you, Sis. Meagan
